About Me

My intention is to inspire you to take ownership of your health and healing and find a lifestyle that really works for you. Vegetarian, vegan, raw, paleo, fruitarian, flexitarian, pescitarian…whatever—just forget all that here!

This is a space where we can all learn, grow and find out what works for us right now, in this moment – there’s no judgment here.

This is a place to break the rules (our own mostly) and throw off the shackles of dietary labels and just be our selves!

And I promise you, “what works” now will change in the future.

We are fluid creatures—and I don’t mean full of water, although that is true too—constantly adapting to our emotional, spiritual and physical surroundings.

A little about myself: I LOVE to read, learn, cook, garden and create! If there is something that I like I’ll often try to find a way to make it myself and make it better.

Nutrition, cooking, gardening and art are my passions. I’m a graphic artist, certified Culinary Nutrition Expert and wellness advocate.

I also love to teach. I want to share with you everything that I’ve absorbed over the years, but specifically how to live the life you deserve and that’s what you can expect to learn from me. If you subscribe to my newsletter you’ll receive updates as well as extra tidbits that I think could benefit you.

We are so bombarded with conflicting health claims from manufacturers and scientific studies it’s hard to know where to turn, who to trust and what to do. You just want to be happy and healthy right?

It is our right to have good health and it is our responsibility to take ownership of our health.

When we take ownership and educate ourselves, we become empowered and this is SO huge.

I want you to have this. You deserve this. Thanks for choosing me to help guide you and learning alongside me. I’ll never be done learning and sharing. I feel so grateful to have the opportunity to do so.
